The team is a group of people who have similar goals and
work together so that together can achieve that goal. In an environment that
oriented on teamwork, a leader in the team should be able to carry his team in
the success. Even if you have a greater ability than the other team members,
but without the cooperation of the team all in vain. Therefore a lot of
